• The bill will be provided with the package, showing the total invoice value, as we receive payment directly in the bank and cannot manipulate bills.

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. JANYAS CLOSET will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

• If the customer fails to clear or fulfill the local customs requirements within 5 days from the date of arrival at the destination, the shipment will automatically be returned to the origin.
• If duty, taxes/VAT are levied, the customer has to pay for delivery.
• If the consignee fails or denies to pay customs charges or any import fees, we reserve the right to instruct the delivery partner to ask to destroy the parcel kept on hold by the customs authorities of the receiving country to avoid any extra charges on us.
• We will notify the customer in such a scenario and take necessary steps to answer the authorities accordingly, but we will not refund any amount of purchase made in such cases.
• In case of failure to clear or fulfill local customs requirements, the actual charges charged by the shipping company will be cut from the amount paid by the customer or adjusted from the purchase made by the customer.
• Please note that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

• Janyas Closet requests customers to provide accurate delivery addresses and phone numbers.
• The courier may call to confirm details before delivery as per courier laws. If there is no response, the parcel is considered RTO (returned to origin).
• In case of RTO parcels, Janyas Closet charges to-and-fro shipping fees from the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details. Any mistakes or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or return of the parcel.
• Additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility. Janyas Closet will not refund any amount in such situations.
• If a customer is not reachable, not available, or refuses delivery of the product, Janyas Closet reserves the right to deduct RTO and other charges as per actuals borne by Janyas Closet.
• The product will be sent back only after the excess payment made by Janyas Closet, with any additional shipping charges as per actuals.

• If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, you can request an address replacement by contacting Janyas Closet at team@janyascloset.com with your order number details.
• However, please note that once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

Janyas Closet is currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions and delivery limitations. We recommend providing a physical address for the delivery of your order. If you have any concerns or questions about delivery addresses, please contact us at team@janyascloset.com.

All items purchased from Janyas Closet are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from our warehouse to the specified shipping address. However, once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package arrives damaged, we suggest you either refuse delivery or make a note while signing for the delivery that the box is damaged. • Different sizes of corrugated boxes are used for different dress designs and flair.
• The couture collection dresses cannot be folded like regular dresses and are packed in their original shape to avoid any damage during shipping.
• The outfits are cut-to-cut and require the necessary squeezing to avoid extra shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the amount of space the package takes up rather than the actual weight of the package.
• Janyas Closet uses different box sizes ranging from 2 kg to 50 kg, depending on the design, flair, fullness, and structures of the outfits.
• The volumetric weight of the dresses is considered to ensure that the dresses are packed securely and do not get damaged during shipping.
• Shipping charges are based on volumetric weight to ensure that the dresses reach customers safely and in perfect condition.
