Since iam not able to respond to your reply and I want to make sure you guys are putting the right statement out there. I didn't go by the delivery date on the website, I followed up with your team multiple times on what's app to make sure the dress will be delivered by the 13th and adding to that I also mentioned there is a weekend you guys needs to ship it by Monday so we receive it on time and your team acknowledged that. If your team would have mentioned there would be slight delay I would have look at the alternatives and there would be no issues but team keeping telling it will be delivered on time. You guys should own your mistake. Attaching the screenshots for the reference.

I placed the order back in July to be delivered by Aug 13th and I did followed up multiple times and they confirmed it will be delivered by Aug 13th, but it never got delivered and when we asked for the refund and I will return the dress since I didn't received it on time for the party, there is no response after that. They delete the review I provided before with all the screenshots lolll.

We wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for being a loyal customer over the past two years. It's been a pleasure serving you on your 2 previous orders, and we appreciate your trust and confidence in our products and services to book the recent order with us. .This marks your third order with your company, and we investigated your recent issue with us .

We'd like to address your concerns regarding the delivery of your order, which was scheduled for August 13th but delayed by 1 day and you received it on 14 th august , 2023. We understand the importance of receiving your order on time, especially for a special event. We want to clarify that the delivery timelines on our website are estimates, and not guarantee ( please read our shipping and delivery policy )and we openly acknowledge the possibility of slight variations due to factors like logistics company ( third party ) delays and holidays.

Your order was placed on July 25th, with the estimated delivery date set for August 13th. We made every effort ( since we don't have facility to attach on review , we have emailed you on your email id with proof )to ensure it reached you on time, including communication with DHL to expedite the process. However, the delivery was made on August 14th due to the weekend in the USA, where Saturday and Sunday are non-working days, which was beyond our control.

It's important to note that our products are custom-made upon order placement, and we don't maintain a stock, which can contribute to production and dispatch time. As outlined in our policies, delays arising from courier services or national holidays are events beyond our influence, and slight deviations from the estimated delivery date can occur.

Please understand that we depend on third-party courier services for deliveries, and while we do our utmost to expedite the process, there can be occasional delays beyond our control. We value your feedback .
