RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, return it for store credit within 10 days of receiving the order . 
CONDITIONS-
  • We offer a hassle free 10 day return policy from the date of product received by you on our returnable products category only.
  • We should receive return courier within 10 days from the date of receiving the order.
  •  We will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card that can be used to purchase anything you like. 
  • Store credit expires within 6Months from the day of issue.
  • We will charge 15% on any returned to us ( mandatory deduction) .  As we make all products on orders.
 
  • Items under non returnable and non exchangeable category are not eligible for return and exchange.
  • Items under any offer and promotion are subject to no returns and no exchange.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Deal Of The Day & Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

 

Shipping charges are not included or adjusted in the store credit amount.  Shipping charges are non refundable. 

  • We do not offer price adjustments.
  • We do not offer any refunds .
  • We do not offer reverse pick up service.

Please be careful of any marks or condition of the item. A 30 %  fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

 

HOW TO RETURN   ??

 

Please follow the these steps to initiate a return:

 

  1. Submit a return request at janyascloset@gmail.com with order details  (order number and name with date of purchase)

  2. You will receive an email from our team within 24 hours.

  3. We do not offer any reverse pick up service.
  4. After confirmation please courier it back at the below mentioned  address
