Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page.Click on "Cart" at the top right corner of our website to review your cart, add order notes, or select "gift receipt".If your cart looks correct, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

The domain http://www.janyascloset.com including any web-pages thereof is the web-site (“Website”) of JANYA'S CLOSET(hereinafter “Janya's Closet ”, “we”, “us or “our”) having its  registered office at House no. 1/ kha/19, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur -302004, India.

By placing a purchase order, it shall be deemed that you have read the Terms and Conditions and other policies including this policy and the same are acceptable and binding upon you.

RETURN POLICY

  • Order with Items listed as Pre Order as prefix, Custom Orders, Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We charge 15% as compulsory restocking fees on all returns and exchanges.

  • We don’t Offer Refund. On all eligible return*, we issue Store credit after deducting 15% compulsory restocking fees.

  • We do not offer reverse pick-up. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or any funds on used products.

  • No returns on sale, or items sold on promotions.

  • Loyalty reward points, refer a friend and shipping charges are not refundable. 

  • Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 30 % restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned. www.janyascloset.com is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.
  • You will get a store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products after deducting the restocking fees* and shipping if any.
  • Store Credit never expires.
  • Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Please send us the tracking number of the returned item. Please note we cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.
  • Please be advise shipping cost is Non- Refundable.
  • We do not offer price adjustments.
  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    At Janay’s Closet, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping channels internationally.
    Due to Covid-19 we are shipping all our domestic orders for the time being through our delivery partners DHL, DTDC, BLUEDART, DELHIVERY ensuring contactless and smooth delivery. There may be delays in deliveries due to issues in logistics relating to Covid-19. For more details Click here
    For international orders we are currently shipping through DHL and UPS .

    1. Loyalty points can be earned against the orders placed on www.janyascloset.com
    2. Loyalty points will be added to your account only after the order delivery is accepted by you. Loyalty points will be adjusted in case any orders are returned.
    3. Loyalty points can be redeemed against subsequent online orders placed on www.janyascloset.com. Loyalty points redemption may not be allowed on certain products.
    4. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    5. The conversion rate for earning loyalty points and redeeming loyalty points is subject to management discretion.
    6. The company reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without prior notice.
    7. Disputes if any are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
