  • Gift card are digital and would be emailed within 24 hours of purchase which would have all instructions to redeem them at checkout in near future .

 

  •  One unique code is sent immediately after confirmation of payment.
  • Another mail with one more unique code / Gift card would be emailed within 24 hours of purchase and contains all instruction to redeem them at checkout in future. So Total, two unique codes are given for one gift voucher.

 

  • Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, and can only be redeemed online at www.janyascloset.com.  
  •  please note that the E - gift card doesn't mean the dresses are on 50% off.
 
  •  E - GIFT CARD is issued on 50% off.  It means you are buying full value of the card selected at 50% off .

 

  • Value is selected by you which ranges from Rs 3000 to Rs 50,0000. 
 
  • The value would be deducted from the cart when you enter the unique discount code mailed differently to each customer  to manage the tracking. 
  • Vouchers are not applicable on custom designs suggested by the buyer. 
  • The E - Gift card doesn't impact our billing system and taxes and shipping .
  • This voucher is not applicable during sales or in conjunction with any special promotion. 
 
  • Voucher is non- refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • It can be used till multiple transactions limited to the value of the voucher is zero.
  • Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  • We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, damaged or destroyed and no replacement would be provided in these circumstances. 
  • Not applicable on offline stores.

  • Gift cards can't be canceled once issued .
  • Recipient email can't be modified as the confirmation is immediately sent to them in 24 hours after payment.
  • You can apply the code at checkout in the gift discount code box under your order total.
  • Any amount left in the voucher in single transaction, we will be mailing you left amount with a new gift voucher which can be used against any order value , either below or above the credit voucher amount.
  • Please note new voucher issued would have same 1 year date of the original voucher purchased. 
  • Unused remaining value will not be refunded. 
  • The gift card can be used until the balance of the card is zero.
  • We won't be reminding for the redeem of card . It's the duty of the buyer to redeem it within the duration. 
  • Any gift card redeemed during pandemic COVID -19 would be delivered only after the things get back to normal and government allows the brand to start manufacturing . Shipping should be opened by the government for the same. 
  •  Gift card is limited to its value written on the same and once used cannot be reused. 
  • Please note the gift card is only limited to the amount mentioned on same .
